Exchange/Return Policy

Here at 22kgoldstore, we make every effort to ensure your shopping experience is a pleasant one. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the product and, or service, you may exchange or return your merchandise, in its original condition, within 10 days from date of shipment. Please read our guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in its original condition for exchange with another product(s). If you are exchanging for an item of equal or greater value, the 10% restocking fee will be waived. If however, you are exchanging for an item of lesser value than the original purchase, the process will be treated as a return and repurchase and the 10% restocking fee would apply on the full amount of the returned product(s). Again, if you have any questions regarding our exchange or return policies, please contact us at returns@22kgoldstore.com. Please allow 5 days for your accepted exchange to be processed.

Note: Any items that are special ordered from us or engraved, resized or altered by others outside our company, thus altering the product from its original condition, will not be accepted for return.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) in its original condition for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Here at 22kgoldstore, we aggressively manage our costs to keep our prices as low as possible, and thus the 10% restocking fee is necessary to offset the expense of the returned merchandise. Return Process

To return jewelry to us at 22kgoldstore please follow the 3 step process:

  1. Return Authorization Code. Email us at returns@22kgoldstore.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. This code is to be written on the outside of the box you are returning. You will also be given an address in which to return your package.
  2. Packaging Your Return. Please be sure to include all original packaging and collateral material. You are responsible for returning the product, any boxes it may have arrived in or any paperwork included with original purchase, such as a diamond certificate. You will be liable, and charged accordingly, for any missing materials from original purchase.
  3. Method of Return. We ask that you send all returns/exchanges by US Postal Service. You will be returning merchandise to a PO Box so Federal Express and UPS are not an option. Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for delivery confirmation when the shipment has reached its destination. We strongly suggest US Registered Mail be used.

Please Note: For security reasons, Do Not write 22kgoldstore on outside of package. You will be given a return address at the time you call for your Return Authorization Code.

Upon receiving your returned merchandise, it will be reviewed by our Returns Dept. Please note that items showing signs of wear, those item(s) that have been altered in any way from original condition or items damaged will be not be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Code, materials improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
